ANF Lahore seizes charas, opium, arrests 4

LAHORE: Anti-Narcotics Force has arrested four drug trafickers while seizing opium and charas worth millions of rupees.

ANF Lahore arrested a resident of Kohat and recovered 4.8 kg opium from his possession. He was arrested near Nizai Bus stand, Band Road, Lahore.

ANF Lahore arrested a resident of Sheikhupura and recovered 6 kg opium and 6 kg charas from his possession. He was arrested near Awan Petroleum & Service Saraye Munhall, Pattoki Road, Kasur District, while travelling on Motorcycle.

ANF Lahore arrested two persons including a female and recovered 8.4 kg charas from their possession, which was concealed in 7 packets, each weighing 1,200 grams. They were arrested near Abdullah Travels Bus stand, Band Road, Lahore while travelling on Toyota Corolla Car. The man was a resident of Khyber Agency and the woman belonged to Peshawar.

ANF Lahore intercepted a parcel destined for UK and recovered 800 grams of heroin. Drugs were concealed in 81x menu cards of restaurant.

Cases have been registered in ANF Police stations and further investigations are under process.
