ANF seizes 20.8kg heroin from Karachi Port, arrests three

KARACHI: The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) Sindh Region on Saturday seized 20.800 kg heroin from Karachi Port.

According to details, ANF team on a tip intercepted a container carrying salt from Karachi Seaport destined for Malaysia. During examination of container, ANF team found that 20.800 kg of top quality heroin worth millions of US dollars was intelligently concealed in salt bags.

ANF team arrested 3 culprits from the scene and registered case against them.

ANF team will attempt to apprehend entire gang involved in smuggling of heroine.

ANF spokesman said that raids are being conducted in various areas of the country to apprehend the associates of the arrested culprits.
