ANF seizes 80kg charas, 1kg opium

KARACHI: The Anti-Narcotics (ANF) has recovered 80 kilogram charas and one kilogram opium during a successful raid.

Sources informed Customs Today that the East District Incharge Farooq Basheer received information that a huge quantity of narcotics was dumped in a private warehouse which is located in Korangi No 5. Consequently, he formed a team under the supervision of Inspector Chaudhary Basheer that raided the warehouse and recovered 80kg charas and 1kg opium. The team confiscated the narcotics and arrested the watchman who was there at the time of the raid.
