Anti-Smuggling Organisation seizes five imported LEDs

MULTAN: Anti-Smuggling Organisation has captured the smuggled Light Emitting Diode LEDs during the checking of goods in Multan.

Anti- Smuggling Organisation has recovered 5 imported LEDs of Samsung and Sony brands during the normal inspection of goods loaded on the vehicles. The three seized of LEDs were of 32 inches and two were 40 inches in size.

Owner of the LEDs was failed to provide any import document of these smuggled LEDs. The smuggled LEDs were seized near bypass Sher Shah Road Multan. Inspector Saleem Khan has seized the LEDs by lodging an advance information report against the seized LEDs.

The total value of the seized LEDs was Rs 125, 000 and its customs duty was Rs 65, 000.
