Anti-Smuggling Organization seizes 10 smuggled base oil drums

MULTAN: Anti-Smuggling Organization has recovered 10 drums of smuggled base oil during routine inspection in the  Multan city.

As per details Anti-Smuggling Organization has intercepted 10 drums of base oil from the Chungi No 14 Multan. Anti-Smuggling Organization team was doing its surveillance on the road at the time of capturing the base oil.

The smuggled base oil was loaded on the donkey carts to avoid law enforcement agencies, but due to strict monitoring of ASO staff in the city thwarted attempt to deliver the smuggled base oil.

Each drum of base oil was filled with the quantity of 185 kilogram oil. The value of the base oil was not assessed yet.

Inspector Saleem Khan has taken the action against the smuggled base oil. An advance information report has been lodged against the smuggled base oil after seizing it.
