Anti-Smuggling Organisation seizes 300kg ladies dyed cotton

FAISALABAD: The Jhang City Anti-Smuggling Organisation (ASO) has seized illegally imported 300kg ladies dyed cotton cloth.

On a tip-off, Faisalabad Collector Tauseef Ahmed Quareshi, Directed Anti-Smugling Organisation seized 300kg cotton with market value of worth Rs 180,000 from Jhang Road Faisalabad near Sedhar Bypas.

The accused were named as Muhammad Nisar, owner of a truck stand, Sarafraz Dogar and Tariq Mehmood of Abdullahpur.

As per details consignment was set through the built No 5981 issued by Mustarqa Good Transport Company Faisalabad. The raiding team was consist of  Ch Dilawer Hussain (suprintendent) Asghar Mehdi Naqvi, Shaukat Khan (inspector) Zulafqar Ali, Ahmad Bukhsh and Muhammad Ajmal (spoys).

The seizure report along with its enclosure is submitted to Adjudication for further proceedings.
