LAHORE: The Custom Appellant Tribunal Lahore heard the appeal of L&N International on Tuesday against the Lahore collectorate.
As per the details, Judicial Member Omer Arshad heard arguments of counsels of both sides. The L&N International filed an appeal against the Order-in- Original (ONO) issued by the Lahore collectorate in which penalties were imposed on it over non-compliance with the government laws.
The next hearing of the case will be held next month to hear further arguments of the counsels.
The judicial member also heard six other cases that have also been adjourned.
