Apple iOS app soon: PTCL launches landline service SmartLink on mobile phones, enables users to watch 150 channels

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) introduced a new type landline service for mobile phones users which will enable the users to watch about 150 channels. The application named as SmartLink which is an internet-based app for mobile phone users.

The application, available at no subscription fee or monthly charges, includes additional features such as instant messaging, access to Smartphone’s contact directory for calls and PIA flight schedule inquiry for on-the-go travelers. SmartLink also enables users to watch 150 PTCL Smart TV Channels. Voice, video calls and messaging is free of charge from SmartLink to SmartLink, while standard landline tariff is applicable for calls to PTCL landline and mobile operators.
