ALEXANDRIA: The Hastings Area Chamber Board of Directors has named Kristy Barse as the new Chamber president. She will begin her role full time on Monday, July 27.
Barse brings experience in fundraising and chamber management with her. She has worked as business manager for the Apple Valley Chamber of Commerce for the past three years where her responsibilities included promoting and building membership, managing and enhancing programs.
