NEW YORK: Apple Inc. finally launched its trials for Apple Watch, it’s first big product since the death of Steve Jobs; although, it won’t actually be ready for purchase and shipment until April 24th 2015. Apple stores are now displaying the three watches in the range. There is 15 minutes of exploration time when the customer can try it out and decide what Apple Watch they want.
Online orders too began on the same day.
The smartwatch has now managed to secure a significant amount of orders, which has pushed the shipping dates well into the summer.
The new watch is now available to see and try out at Apple Stores and famous stores in London, Paris and Tokyo; where they all provide a providing a 15 minute trial slot and step by step assistance from the Apple Store salesman assigned to each client.
There are three variants to peruse; Apple Watch, The Apple Watch Sport and the high end Edition. Apple users can customize their devices with screen appearance options, different buckle styles, chain bracelets, face color and so on. Other interesting features include the Digital Crown, Force Touch, and glance option.
There may not have been the ecstatic crowds seen at the launch of the iPhone 6, the company has still significant online orders, which means, shipment could be pushed back as far as August.
eBay Inc. remains a popular website to secure the Apple Watch for users unwilling to wait it out at a premium, with eBay sellers jumping on the bandwagon to sell preordered versions of the Apple wearable. Consequently, there is a a high number of orders. It’s possible to see the Apple Watch hype still buzzing.
This high demand for the Watch Edition and Sports Watch has already pushed back dates on eBay, regardless of the high bids being placed. The Apple Watch is coming at a premium prices with shipment charges.
