APTEA rejects corruptions allegations in FBR

LAHORE: All Pakistan Tax Employees Association have strongly rejected the allegations of corruption in the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).

Talking to Customs Today, Chairman of All Pakistan Tax Employees Association Khalid Pervaiz has said that a businessman was making allegations of corruption in Federal Board of Revenue to the tune of Rs 200 million.

They further said that all these allegations are baseless and without any proof. He said, “We notice the statement of one person namely Qayyom but all these allegations are without any solid ground.”

He said that all offices of the FBR are working smoothly and there are no reports of corruption in the FBR. He urged the people not to pay any attention to such kind of news.
