KARACHI: All Pakistan Textile Mills Association (APTMA) has observed a black day today and all textile mills remained closed all the day across the country.
According to the sources, APTMA has observed total shut down across the country for showing their great concerns over the electricity tariff, shortage of industrial gas and zero trade duty on industry.
As per details, APTMA has already put its demands before the government as Rs 3 rupees cut in electricity tariff, shortage of gas, zero duty and the import of Yarn.
According to the detail textiles mills in Site area, Korangi textiles mills remained completely closed all the day today. In recent month over 21 percent textile exports effected due to negative policies of the government.
