HAVANA: Arkansas Governor, Republican Asa Hutchinson, will travel in September to the island, which will make him the first US governor to visit Cuba since the official establishment of diplomatic relations between Washington and Havana last July.

Arkansas is one of the leading exporter states of agricultural products on the island, mainly chicken, and seeks to increase the sale of rice.
