Asad Umar to chair ECC meeting on Tuesday

ISLAMABAD: Federal Finance Minister Asad Umar will chair the meeting of Economic Coordination Committee (ECC) of Cabinet on Tuesday (November 27).

The ECC meeting would discuss issuance of GoP guarantee to National Power Parks Management Company (Pvt) Ltd (NPPMCL), progress on acquiring Islamic financing facility for power sector and report on natural gas load management during winter would be discussed.

All concerned ministries/divisions have been asked to provide 65 copies of summaries/working papers for their relevant agenda items in light of rule 18(I) of the Rules of Business, 1973 for onwad transmission to the members of ECC well ahead of the meeting, said a notification issued by Joint Secretary (Cabinet Committees) Ghulam Muhammad on Monday.
