ASF arrests two smugglers, recovers over 500 turtles

LAHORE: The Airport Security Force (ASF) has foiled a smuggling bid at Allama Iqbal International Airport and arrested two accused smugglers, after recovering 504 small tortoises from their possession.

According to an ASF spokesperson, the alleged smugglers, namely Zahid and Irfan, were trying to smuggle small turtles to Thailand through flight no TG-346. The accused persons have been handed over to the Customs officials for further investigations.
