ISLAMABAD: Muhammad Ashraf Ghouri, presently posted as Assistant Director (MIS) (BS-17) at Directorate of Research & Statistics, Islamabad, has been promoted to Deputy Director (MIS) BS-18 on acting charge basis with immediate effect.
