ISLAMABAD: Asif Hussain Jafri, an Inland Revenue Service officer, Regional Tax Office, Karachi, has been promoted to the post of Assistant Commissioner-IR (BS-17) on regular basis with immediate effect.
According to the notification, the officer will continue to serve at his present place of posting on his promotion until further orders. If the officer is already drawing performance allowance, he will continue to draw the same after promotion, it added.
