ASO confiscates items worth Rs 273m in 7 months of FY2015-16

LAHORE: The Model Customs Collectorate Preventive’s Anti-Smuggling Organization (ASO) seized contraband items worth Rs 273.49 million during the period July-January of current fiscal year 2015-2016 against confiscating items worth Rs 235.578 million during corresponding period of last year 2014-15.

According to the details, the ASO registered an increase of Rs 37.92 million as compared to the corresponding period of the last year.
