ASO seizes huge quantity of non customs paid auto parts from Niazi bus

LAHORE: The Anti-Smuggling Organization (ASO) on Friday seized auto parts, break oil and other items worth millions of rupees from a Niazi passenger bus near Shera Kot.

Official sources told Customs Today that on information the ASO team intercepted a Niazi bus near Shera Kot and search it thoroughly, discovering non-customs paid auto parts and other accessories worth millions of rupees.

The sources said that ASO Superintendent Munawar Khan led the operation along with his team consisting of Deputy Superintendent Ejaz Rasool and others.

The sources said that bus was coming from Peshawar and the customs authorities have started investigation from the driver and the conductor to reach to the owner of the illegal consignment.
