ISLAMABAD: Mashal Khan, Assistant Director (MIS), BS-17, Regional Tax Office, Gujranwala, has been exonerated from ‘misconduct’ and ‘corruption’ charges.
Disciplinary proceedings were initiated against the officer under the Government Servants (Efficiency & Discipline) Rules, 1973 vide charge sheet and statement of allegation dated 11.03.2015 on the charges of “misconduct” and “corruption”.
The inquiry officer in its inquiry report dated 02.10.2015 concluded that no charge is established against the accused officer. After considering fact of the case and findings/recommendations of the Inquiry officer, Member (Admin) being authorised officer exonerated Mashal Khan from the charges levelled against him.
