KARACHI: Collectorate of Customs Appraisement West Assistant Collector Raissa Kanwal issued office order no: 33/2019 for uploading of FTA certificate of origin in WeBOC procedure.
The office order stated that the importer/clearing agent can deposit the original FTA certificate at the FTA cell of the Collectorate any time before or after filing of Goods Declaration (GD). After necessary verification as per procedure, the FTA cell shall upload the same in WeBOC system against relevant B/L number.

The B/L number shall be clearly number shall clearly mentioned on the uploaded FTA Certificate of Origin by FTA Cell. Necessary provision in the WeBOC system has been developed in this regard.
