Assistant Collector Sadia Usman directs staff to observe punctuality

ISLAMABAD: Assistant Collector (HQ) Sadia Usman has issued a circular regarding observance of punctuality.

In circular she said that “it has been observed  that  the staff members posted in various sections of the (HQ) office do not observe punctuality and reach office late.

“In order to implement policy of discipline in letter and spirit and to avoid the casual approach of staff in observance of punctuality.  It has been directed that all the staff posted in various section of the ( HQ) office shall mark their attendance in the combined attendance sheet at the reception desk by 09:2am daily.

“The attendance sheet will be checked by the undersigned daily and who is found late, will be issued warning letters and after that the case will be recommended for disciplinary proceeding under the Government Servants ( E&D) Rules , 1973. In case of approved leave,  the leave application shall be submitted to the admin branch in advance.”

The copy of this circular has been sent to collector and additional collector  all section incharge of (HQ) office and the chief accountant officers for information.
