1. Suspension of Hearings: Benches consisting of judicial members whose terms will end in June 2024, specifically DB-I, DB-II, DB-V, DB-VII, and DB-VIII, will suspend hearings starting May 20, 2024, until further notice. This suspension is to facilitate the completion of pending judgments.

2. Finalization of Judgments: The affected members are required to finalize and issue judgments on already reserved appeals and applications, ensuring all orders are passed before the end of their tenure at ATIR Lahore.

3. Compliance: The Member (Roster) and Assistant Registrar (Roster) at ATIR Lahore are responsible for ensuring compliance with these instructions.

This proactive measure aims to prevent any backlog of cases and ensure the smooth functioning of the tribunal as the tenure of the current judicial members draws to a close. Stakeholders are advised to stay updated through official communications from the ATIR for any further developments.
