ISLAMABAD: A bench of Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue (ATIR) issued directives to counsels from M/S Pakistan Telecom Mobile Limited to submit record on the case.
ATIR Accountant Member Dr Ghulam Mujtaba Bhatti issued the directives seeking their concluding arguments on next date of hearing and then adjourned hearing of the matter filed against field office of Federal board of Revenue.
M/S Pakistan Telecom Mobile Limited had contested show cause notices issued by the field offices of Federal Board of Revenue.
According to details, M/S Pakistan Telecom Mobile Limited had challenged recovery of issued to it in head of outstanding income tax by the LTU, Islamabad.
M/S Pakistan Telecom Mobile Limited had submitted the department had issued the demand for the tax year 2014 in head of income tax under provisions of Income Tax Ordinance, 2001.
