LONDON: A German automobile manufacturer, Audi has announced the official price list for the new generation of the Q7 in Europe. The second generation of the Audi Q7 will become available to order from 69,900 euros.
The entry-level version has a 272 HP (200 kW) and 600 Nm (442 lb-ft) of torque 3.0 liter TDI engine under its hood, allowing it to reach 100 km/h (62 mph) from a standstill in 6.3s and a top speed of 234 km/h (145 mph). The model is burning 5.7L / 100km of fuel (49.5 mph UK / 41.3 mpg US) and it is emitting 149 g/km of CO2.
Next in the lineup comes the 3.0 TFSI version, with its 333 HP (245 kW) and 440 Nm (324 lb-ft) of torque. This costs 62,900 EUR and it is getting a 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) sprint of 6.1s and a top speed of 250 km/h (155 mph). The average fuel consumption is said to stand at 7.7 L / 100 km (36.6 mpg UK / 30.5 mpg US), with CO2 emissions of 179 g/km.
Later on, Audi will introduce a new entry-level variant of the new Q7 generation, equipped with a less powerful 3.0 TDI engine. This will produce 218 HP (160 kW) and 500 Nm (368 lb-ft) of torque, being priced underneath the 60,000 euro mark. U.S. and the Asian markets will also get the 2.0 TSI unit, with 252 HP (185 kW) and 370 Nm (272 lb-ft) of torque. E-tron versions of the Q7, powered by gasoline and diesel, will also follow it up.
Some of the extra goodies available for the SUV include the Bang & Olufsen audio system for 6,150 euros, the matrix LED headlights for 2,580 euros, the adaptive air suspension for 2,050 euros, the park assistant for 780 euros, the virtual cockpit for 600 euros or the MMI Navigation plus with MMI touch, for 2,800 euros, amongst others.
