Police say ammunition was also found at that property.
Shortly after the Tactical Response Group searched a house on Hotchkiss Close in Thornlie and allegedly discovered methylamphetamine, cocaine, ecstasy and cannabis.
The head of the Organised Crime Squad, detective senior sergeant Peter Healy, said the raids targeted drug suppliers.
“The targeting of methylamphetamine suppliers is a priority for the Organised Crime Squad,” he said.
“This drug doesn’t just impact the user, there are many damaging flow-on effects for the wider community.
“We will continue to target those people who attempt to profit from creating misery.”
