The model’s counsel Sardar Latif Khosa said that his client has been wrongly imprisoned since the past four months and the customs authorities are using delaying tactics.

He pleaded before the court to announce its verdict regarding the case instead of adjourning the hearing every time.

The court rejected Khosa’s plea and remarked that the judgment will be announced while keeping the evidences in view.

The hearing of the case was adjourned till June 29 and has summoned the lawyers of the two parties for final arguments.
