Ayyan Ali money laundering case adjourned till Dec 20

RAWALPINDI: An additional sessions judge has adjourned the hearing of fashion model Ayyan Ali till December 20 in the money laundering case.

The court also accepted a request for a one-day exemption for appearing before the court owing to illness. Meanwhile, the judge issued notices to customs officials on Ayyan application for granting her permanent exemption from appearing before the court. Ayyan had been was arrested by customs officials on March 14, 2016, from the Benazir Bhutto International Airport with $508,000 in her possession.
