Ayyan Ali to take part in upcoming Senate election

ISLAMABAD: Scandalized in money laundering and exit control list (ECL) super model Ayyan Ali is ready to take part in upcoming Senate election. The election will be held in March 2017.

Reportedly, Ayyan Ali, who was arrested by the customs officials in an attempt of money laundering and has been famous for her outfits while appearing before the court, is going to take part in politics and will be appearing as a candidate in upcoming senate election. She has already applied for the ticket and more likely to get one from Pakistan Peoples Party.

It is important to mention that Ayyan Ali’s money laundering case is still in process and there has not been any decision by the court. However Ayyan’s name has been removed from ECL by the Sindh High Court and the Interior ministry’s plea to challenge her name’s removal has been rejected by the Supreme Court.

Sources said that Ayyan’s proposal for the party ticket is in consideration of the high command of the party and they will announce their decision about it soon.
