MOSCOW: New amendments made by Russia on the legislation regarding road tax caused protests of several transport companies. Consequently, some of these companies declared a strike.
State Customs Committee told APA-Economics that this incident affected agricultural products transporting from Azerbaijan to Russia. So, obstacles have arisen to deliver cargos to Moscow and surrounding regions.
State Customs Committee states that no problem in border checkpoints with Russia and operate under the schedule.
State Customs Committee appealed to the Federal Customs Service of Russia for solution of the problem.
