BAKU: In January-October of 2015, the imports of wheat to Azerbaijan totaled 1.162 mln tonnes, an increase of 26.8% compared with the same period last year, reported the State Statistical Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
According to statistics data, the total cost of imported wheat volumes totaled 258.519 mln USD (up 13.1%). Also, in the reporting period Azerbaijan imported 94.293 thsd tonnes of vegetable oils at the sum of 57.501 mln USD (down 7.2%).
