Bajwa postpones Multan RTO visit due to rains

ISLAMABAD: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Chairman Tariq Bajwa has postponed his visit to Multan Regional Tax Office (RTO) which was scheduled on September 5, due to heavy rains in Punjab.

Now, the FBR chairman will visit the Multan RTO on September 8 as per the new schedule issued from his office.

The FBR chairman and member Inland Revenue Muhammad Ashraf Khan had to visit Multan RTO on Friday to discuss the strategy to achieve the revenue target for the current fiscal year, however, the visit was rescheduled due to heavy rains in Punjab.
