Bajwa to visit Karachi along with Maulana Tariq Jameel on Monday

KARACHI: The visit of Chairman Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Tariq Bajwa to Karachi has been rescheduled and as per new schedule, the FBR chairman is due in Karachi on Monday.

More importantly, it is the first time that the FBR chairman will take Maulana Tariq Jameel along with him during his visit to Karachi.

During the visit, Maulana Tariq Jameel will deliver spiritual speech to the officials and officers of Pakistan Customs at Directorate General of Training & Research (DGTR).

As per schedule, Chairman FBR Tariq Bajwa during his visit to Custom House will hold meetings with the heads of different Collectorates and Directorates.

The sources further said that the Chairman FBR would also review the revenue collection performance of the Collectorates and will also check the status of legal cases pending in different courts.

“The Chairman FBR Tariq Bajwa would also visit Regional Tax Office (RTO), Large Taxpayer Unit (LTU) and Inland Revenue Services (IRS) office”, sources added.
