Bandai Namco unveils Pokkén Tournament screenshots, create hype among gamers

TOKYO: Bandai Namco has released nine new high-quality Pokkén Tournament screenshots for us to feast our eyes on. The screenshots not only give us a closer look at the fighters — which I must say look beautiful — they also give us a chance to take a closer look at the world that the game is set in. Many Pokémon, such as Miltank and Sableye, can be seen in the scenery throughout both of the stages. Even the legendary Helix Fossil makes an appearance — do you think they’re trying to hint at something?

The screenshots after the break feature all of the confirmed fighters in glorious HD, and I, for one, am excited to see these. Pokkén Tournament is a fresh new spin on the Pokémon franchise that I just can’t get enough of.
