DHAKA: Bangladesh Customs arrested a man who smuggled two gold bars worth Tk 1cror at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka on Wednesday, a Bangladeshi customs official said.
Custom Intelligence Directorate sources said the detainee, Md Mainuddin, 29, arrived in Dhaka from Kuala Lumpur on board a Malaysian Airlines flight.
