LAHORE: The National Accountability Bureau Punjab has arrested two owners of renowned developers and construction company in a case of bank fraud.
Sources told Customs Today that two directors of Luk Developers are being held on the charges of bank fraud. They obtained a bank loan of Rs 267 million from the Bank of Punjab but did not pay back according to the schedule. The bank had sent many notices to them but all in vain.
Sources also revealed that these directors of Luk Developers namely Suhak Luk and Zia Luk have obtained loan from the bank after submitting bogus documents.
On the complaint by Bank of Punjab NAB Punjab arrested both of them and presented them before the Accountability Court o. The Accountability Court has approved their 16 days physical remand for further investigations
