TEHRAN: A trade delegation from Belgium, headed by Cécile Jodogne, the state secretary of the Brussels-Capital Region, responsible for foreign trade, will visit Iran on November 8.
The delegation will be comprised of representatives of companies active in the fields of services, transport, energy, environment, construction, finance, and agriculture, according to the website of the Iranian Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines, and Agriculture.
Belgium was the 42nd leading importer of Iranian non-oil goods in the previous Iranian calendar year, which ended on March 20, 2015, according to the Iran Customs Administration.
Iran exported $47.09 million of non-oil goods to Belgium and imported $272.06 million of non-oil goods from the country.
In the first half of the current Iranian calendar year, Iran exported $38.26 million of non-oil goods to Belgium and imported $164.48 million of non-oil goods from the country.
