CALIFORNIA: Ben Haskew is retiring as president and chief executive officer of the Greenville Chamber after nearly 12 years in the job, the Chamber announced. The Chamber said Haskew, 66, would remain in the job while it conducts a national search for his replacement. That process is likely to take several months, said David Lominack, the Chamber’s chair-elect.

“The Greenville Chamber is highly regarded across the chamber industry and we are optimistic about attracting a very strong candidate pool,” said Lominack, market president for TD Bank. askew worked as president of the Spartanburg Area Chamber of Commerce and as a chamber executive in Florida and Georgia before arriving in Greenville in 2003 as a replacement for David Brown.“I can’t imagine a better place to wrap up one’s career,” Haskew said in a news release.
