VICTORIA: BioWare has also confirmed that they have now begun working on the game’s first DLC pack. In fact, it was Darrah himself who first announced that development of the add-on is now underway.
In the face of the debate, BioWare has now admitted that they are interested in pushing the frame-rate of Dragon Age: Inquisition‘s cutscenes beyond what they are currently locked at. After one player inquired if the game would ever be patched to include better frame-rates, Dragon Age: Inquisition executive producer Mark Darrah revealed on his personal Twitter account that the team is currently seeing if they can tweak the systems to reach rates that are higher than 30 FPS. The producer did not, however, that they may not be able to increase the frame-rates even if they want.
In addition to continuing to improve specific features of Dragon Age: Inquisition, such as frame-rate, BioWare has also confirmed that they have now begun working on the game’s first DLC pack. In fact, it was Darrah himself who first announced that development of the add-on is now underway.
Unfortunately, the developer has yet to discuss any details about that the DLC might add to Dragon Age: Inquisition‘s core experience. As recently reported by the Inquisitr, Darrah has told fans that the decision about when they can begin talking about Dragon Age: Inquisition DLC isn’t up to BioWare alone. Thankfully, creative director Mike Laidlaw has told gamers that they should soon be able to being sharing detail on the title’s first add-on.
Beyond developing new features for Dragon Age: Inquisition, the team responsible for the Dragon Age Keep has also been busy improving the series’ web-based application that helps fans keep track of their story decisions that they have made throughout each installment of BioWare’s role-playing franchise. Earlier this week, the Keepreceived a new update that fixed several bugs that should give Inquisition fans a smoother experience while using the app.
