NEW DELHI: Xolo teaser stressed upon the fact that the upcoming smartphone will be stain- and smudge-free, despite having a glass back, as was evident in the video. Two rear cameras, with a single LED flash between them, and Xolo branding near the middle are also shown in the video.

Though the video only showed the half of the rear panel and the edges, it seems that the Smartphone’s look is inspired by iPhone 6.

Black is Xolo’s an online-only brand, with the first smartphone going on Flipkart. One smartphone will be launched every quarter under this brand.

Xolo, which is owned by Lava Mobiles, has said that Black phones will be priced between Rs 10,000 and Rs 15,000 and the series has been designed with various “key experiences” in mind. Vishal Sehgal, the promoter of Lava and Xolo brands, had earlier told TOI, “The range under the Black series would focus on areas such as camera, the design of the phone, the audio and video capabilities, and the battery capacity.”
