Paris: In the “Top Employer France” ranking, BNP Paribas has joined the top 5 and the Group was awarded “Top Employer 2015 Europe” certification, following last year’s certification.
The European certification was achieved thanks to local certification in five countries. Individual countries will receive their national certification by 5 March. An Employee Value Proposition embodied in the tagline “Let’s design tomorrow”, detailing the distinctive benefits of a career with the BNP Paribas group.
Awarded by the Top Employers Institute, this certification recognizes the quality of HR policies and working conditions offered to BNP Paribas employees, enabling them to pursue professional and personal fulfilment. At the beginning of 2015, BNP Paribas completed an initiative begun the previous year to define its Employee Value Proposition.
