Criminal records checks revealed that the subject was apprehended for driving under the influence and larceny by Homestead Police in Homestead, Florida, in 1995. Records checks also revealed in that in 2012 Martinez-Molina was convicted in Fairfax County, Virginia, of “Take Indecent Liberties” with a child and sentenced to five years in prison. Martinez-Molina was subsequently ordered removed from the United States via Arlington, Virginia, by an Immigration Judge in 2013.
