NEW DELHI: Brigade Enterprises expects its revenue to grow over the estimated 30-35 percent this year, Suresh Kris, CFO of Brigade Enterprises told media.
“A lot of unrecognized revenue is still there and based on its sales and expenditures to be incurred for this year, we think that we will be able to do so,” he said.
The company has Rs 5,700 crore of total unrecognised revenue. He said Brigade has a debt of Rs 1,200 crore, adding that it was mainly on account of the capex and significant land purchases.
