TOKYO: A new bug has been discovered in League of Legends that has caused Riot Games to shut down ranked play. The news came to light via a post on the official League of Legends page, where developers revealed that a bug related to Recall spell is causing some serious problems.
After countdown, the bug transported players back to their base. Main issue is that the bug removed the counter, giving players an opportunity to escape dangerous situations and head back to their base.
According Riot:
Unfortunately, this particular issue can’t be mitigated by disabling a specific champion or item so we’ve temporarily disabled Ranked while we develop a solution. We will update you all with our progress in 12 hours
Like the post mentioned, we will hear from Riot in the next 12 hours. However, hearing from them doesn’t mean that the issue is going to be fixed in 12 hours. We’ll let you know as soon as Riot shared its next update regarding the Recall Spell bug.
Till then, you can test your skills in some casual matches, as they remain unaffected by this.
