Bullish trend persists as KSE gains 85pts; 100-index reaches 31576pts at early trading

KARACHI: The Karachi Stock Exchange benchmark KSE 100-index Tuesday started with positive note and gained 85 points or 0.27% to reach 31576.76 points with total volume of 8,996,890 shares as the country’s reserves cross $15 billion mark after IMF’s tranche of $1.05b.

On Monday, the benchmark KSE 100-index kept bullish trend and took a mammoth jump of 480.47 points or 1.55 per cent to reach 31491.62 points with total volume of 131,701,810 shares at a value of Rs9,293,424,710 at closing of the day.
