NEW YORK: The Cambria Chamber of Commerce invites area residents and visitors to stroll the streets of Cambria on the First Saturdays Art Stroll.
The stroll is planned as a recurring monthly event.
“A group of artists and the chamber met and after some discussion, decided this would be a great way to share the art community of Cambria,” said Mary Ann Carson, executive director of the chamber.
Participants can stop in galleries, shops and restaurants to enjoy a variety of art, including paintings, sculpture, glasswork, jewelry and wearable art. The stroll offers art lovers an opportunity to visit with artisans and explore the community’s art offerings at their leisure.
Participating stops on Main, Burton and Bridge streets will display a yellow poster to signify they’re taking part in the event.
