TORONTO: Alberta Law Enforcement Response Teams in Lethbridge have arrested nine people and seized a mass quantity of drugs, guns, and stolen property during a bust last week.
ALERT teams, with the assistance of the Lethbridge Regional Police, executed two search warrants at an apartment building on February 20 connected to a suspected drug trafficking ring.
During the searches, authorities discovered 170 grams of hard and soft cocaine, 88 fentanyl pills, 94 ecstasy pills, 16 grams of methamphetamine, 130 grams of a buffing agent, $3,461 cash proceeds of crime
Police also found a Colt handgun, several other replica handguns, along with other weapons during the warrants.
