REGINA: Four Regina men have been charged after search warrants executed at two Regina residences reportedly turned up close to 400 grams of cocaine.
According to information from the Regina Police Service, searches were conducted just after 6:30 p.m. by members of the Regina Integrated Drug Enforcement Street Team, along and other members, at residences on the 2100 block of Halifax Street and the 3800 block of 20th Avenue. A search was also done of a vehicle associated with one of the four. The searches reportedly turned up just more than 390 grams of cocaine as well as a quantity of marijuana, cash and paraphernalia typically used in drug trafficking.
Four men who were present at the addresses were arrested and subsequently charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking. One of the men faces a range of other charges, including possession of proceeds and numerous breaches. The same man is also facing previous drugrelated allegations. All four appeared at Regina Provincial Court on Monday.
