TORONTO: The Canadian Border Services Agency says more than four kilograms of suspected cocaine were seized during a bust at Toronto Pearson International Airport.
Officials say the seizure occurred after an unclaimed bag found in Terminal 1 was passed on for further inspection.
In a news release issued, the CBSA said four vacuum-sealed bricks of suspected cocaine were found in a backpack that was located inside the unclaimed bag.
The packages were turned over Peel Regional Police and the investigation in ongoing.
