Cantonment Board Rawalpindi plans to set up Food Street in Sadar

RAWALPINDI: The Cantonment Board Rawalpindi (CBR) has planned to build a food street on Bank road in Sadar.

According to reports, the Bank road will be closed for vehicular traffic from Unique Bakers chowk to Gakhar Plaza chowk to establish the food street and only pedestrians will be allowed to enter this area. Stalls will be allotted to the persons skilled in preparing and serving the citizens traditional cuisines of all the four provinces on both sides of Bank road on the pattern of double road Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
